    Upon booking our repair and services at stooz. Our technician will contact you over the phone, and our management team will be sending you information about the technician, who will be visiting your place over a text message or to your email id.

  • Do you offer same day service?

    Same day service is guaranteed for a small issues and other minor problem , We will get you back as quickly as possible.[ 1-3 hours].

  • Do you charge for inspection and diagnosis of the problem?

    Yes, for inspection and diagnosis of fault Rs.150 is charged. However, it will be charged only if you don’t wish to avail the service. On availing the service, inspection charge will be waived off.

  • How can I make the payment?

    You can directly pay the cahrges to technician with cash or via UPI (Phonepay , Googlepay , Paytm).

  • How much should I pay in case the work requires more than one visit?

    In case you need a revisit for the same issue, it gets covered in our 30 - day service guarantee policy. Hence it is free of cost.
